Stronger U partners with practitioners, organizations, and communities to deliver non-carceral wellness solutions through immersive coaching, trauma-informed education, and values-aligned event support.
Our services include strategic consulting, immersive certificate programs, asynchronous non-carceral education, group and individual coaching, and customized event programming.
Each offering is designed with intention–to serve multiply marginalized communities and the leaders and practitioners who care for them with integrity, sustainability, and impact.
Welcome! Together, we’ll co-create liberated non-carceral systems of support that are grounded in care, built for sustainability, and designed to empower. When you invest in your growth, you’re also funding access to care for someone who otherwise couldn’t afford it.

At Stronger U, we do things differently. We don’t just talk about community care–we multiply the dollars we receive to give away five times more in free services and resources. Why?
Because we believe that liberatory, non-carceral support should never be gatekept.
Reducing barriers to access isn’t a percentage of our profits—it’s the foundation of our work.
Each month during Q3 2025, our paid offerings helped fund:
If you believe in sustainable, inclusive, and non-carceral care, you can help us continue showing up and sharing out!

Stronger U works alongside organizational leaders, community organizers, practitioners, students, and individuals who are done with carceral systems and harmful, extractive models of care.
Together, we co-create immersive, personalized services that challenge and transform how you approach wellbeing—for yourself, your clients, and your communities.
Stronger U non-carceral offerings are:

Our process is rigorous, relational, and rooted in your values—not in performance or perfection.
We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we listen deeply, assess your needs with care, and collaborate to build practices and strategies that are effective, sustaining, and liberatory.
Whether you’re seeking support as an individual, part of a team, or leading an organization, you’ll experience:
Don’t settle for just support. Engage in a partnership that co-creates what you want to be possible in your world!

Invest in immersive certificate programs and asynchronous courses to deepen your skills, unlearn carceral frameworks, and build sustainable, liberatory practices that create meaningful impacts.

Ready to grow and feel centered? Our individual coaching offers sustained, personalized guidance within a caring, non-carceral relationship, that uplifts your needs and empowers your weekly progress.

For practitioners, organizations, and survivors: our consultations offer values-aligned, intentional support to strengthen your non-carceral care practices and realign your life with your wellbeing needs.

Stronger U provides event-based support through impactful speaking and programming, expert logistics, and compassionate crisis care–prioritizing attendee wellbeing so organizers can stay fully present.
Stronger U is a grassroots organization run by and for people with multiply marginalized identities. We proudly partner with THRIVE Lifeline, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) through a revenue sharing model that supports both community sustainability and access to care.
Through this partnership, Stronger U donates funds, peer support, full certification program scholarships, free training, and infrastructure to THRIVE. THRIVE in turn offers free, anonymous, identity-affirming mental health support, including suicide and self harm deescalation. We also collaborate with THRIVE to create paid opportunities for marginalized practitioners and community members, using our services as a channel for economic justice.
Having personally experienced the harm, dismissal, and erasure often found in traditional systems, Stronger U was founded to offer non-carceral alternative approaches to wellbeing – grounded in lived experience, professional expertise, and collective care.
Our philosophy, “Stronger Together,” is more than a motto – it’s the heartbeat of our co-active, community-centered approach. In everything we do, we strive to honor and support your fully humanity.
If you have benefited from our services and would like to share a testimonial with us, we would be honored. As a small, multiply marginalized team, we rely on community support to broaden our audience and continue providing the services that we do.

I so appreciate this space and all the work that you all are doing. I’m just so relieved to be able to talk about my experiences somewhere without worrying about being labeled or pathologized. ~Anonymous

As a DEI leader for many years, I’ve taken a lot of bias trainings. This is the first workshop where I’ve ever been given a model to use and been given the chance to apply that during the workshop. Thank you for creating this material. ~A.B.

The [certificate program] structure really addresses diff learning styles. I liked how I could read something, then watch a video, reinforce my learning with a quiz, and then practice and get feedback. It felt very full circle. The examples were super helpful along with the charts. And then to have reflection questions for us and further practice in the weekly assignments was sooo helpful. ~G.C.

This was an excellent presentation. We need open communications as a plural community about SI and about alternatives to psych admissions. I’m so impressed with Ryder Fox! ~Anonymous

Ryder has been a truly inspirational figure in my life and I’m so grateful for being guided through tough moments. It’s really rewarding to know that you’re molding a space where others don’t have to fight as hard to stay alive and feel respected. ~Q. G.

I started working with Ryder after suffering a couple of TIAs and a full stroke. Ryder worked with me to get my cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure to healthier numbers, re-strengthen my right side, and deal with excess body fat. ~P.G.
